Kandua Lucky Prize Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

Kandua (the "Promoter") is offering a lucky prize giveaway where 30 selected winners will receive R250 in Kandua credits to use for purchasing leads on Kandua's platform. The promotion is valid from the start of the campaign until Friday, 11 October 2024.

2. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to all professionals ("Pros") who have an active Kandua account.
  • To be eligible for the giveaway, Pros must:
    • Complete the interactive quiz provided by Kandua.
    • Submit their full name and phone number linked to their Kandua account upon completion of the quiz.
  • Each participant is allowed only one entry. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

3. Promotion Period

  • The promotion runs from the launch of the quiz until 23:59 SAST, Friday, 11 October 2024.
  • Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

4. Selection of Winners

  • After the promotion period, 30 winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible Pros who have completed the quiz and submitted their details.
  • Winners will be selected at random and notified via the contact details provided (phone number).

5. Prize

  • Each of the 30 winners will receive R250 in Kandua credits.
  • The Kandua credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Credits will be added to the winner’s Kandua account and can be used to purchase leads on the Kandua platform.

6. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified via SMS or a phone call by Monday, 14 October 2024.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days of the announcement, Kandua reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Use of Kandua Credits

  • The awarded credits must be used within 6 months of being credited to the winner’s Kandua account.
  • Any unused credits after this period will expire and cannot be reclaimed.

8. General Terms

  • By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • Kandua reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, provided that any such changes will not unfairly disadvantage any participant.
  • Kandua is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent participation or the receipt of notifications.

9. Privacy

  • Participants’ personal information will only be used for the purpose of this promotion and in accordance with Kandua’s Privacy Policy.
  • By submitting their phone number and name, participants consent to the processing of their information for the purpose of prize administration.

10. Liability

  • Kandua is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participating in the promotion or using the prize.
