If you have passed TrueID verification, your website will remain live, so potential customers can still see your profile, and you can still collect reviews from new customers. If you have not completed TrueID verification, your profile will be removed, but you can download a PDF of your customer reviews and your work photos to share elsewhere by 31 March.
